DARING stunts featured as part of a weekend of entertainment in the North-East.
The Nissan plant at Sunderland is hosting the Extreme Torque Show, which features daredevil motorcyclists, monster trucks and BMX performers.
It got underway today (Sunday, May 25) and is continuing all day tomorrow (Bank Holiday Monday) packed with adrenaline-fuelled excitement.
The Extreme Drift Series features competition among trained motorsport drivers demonstrating their skills and agility with an outright winner announced at the end of the second day.
In the Monster Arena, Extreme and Lil’ Devil are competing to show why they are among the most impressive machines in Europe.
Last week, during the warm up for the event, Brett Penfold of Durham, broke the world record for riding a mountain bike over nine oil barrels, backwards and forwards.
Gate tickets on the day are £18 for adults and £8 for children aged three to 15-years-old. Under threes go free.
