POTENTIAL Picassos and budding Banksys are encouraged to get creative in an attempt to get dog owners to scoop their pets’ poop.
As part of The Big Scoop poster competition - launched by the Dogs Trust and Keep Britain Tidy - youngsters are urged to create eye-catching designs to stop dog owners falling foul of the law.
The competition is open to artists aged seven to 11 with winning schools scooping a digital camera and Dogs Trust t-shirts for their class.
An overall winner will be chosen from the four regional finalists, with their poster being used as The Big Scoop campaign poster for 2015.
All posters should be A4 in size and must include the phrase ‘bag it, bin it’.
The competition closes on June 27 and entries can be created by individual pupils or school classes.
Entries can be posted to The Big Scoop Competition, Dogs Trust Education, 17 Wakley Street, London EC1V 7RQ, or email to thebigscoop@dogstrust.org.uk
Winners will be notified on or before July 14.
