Jazz
AN evening of jazz will be held at the Salvation Army Hall in Chester-le-Street.
A youth band will be playing at the venue in the town centre on Saturday, May 24, from 7pm.
Salvation Army corps’ own youth choir will also be taking part.
Admission costs £3 for adults and is free for the under-16s Earlier in the day, the corps will hold a coffee morning from 10am to 2pm in St Mary’s and St Cuthbert’s Parish Centre, in Low Chare, Chester-le-Street. Admission is free.
