GET FIT: Age UK County Durham and Healthy Horizons are holding circuit running classes for people over 40 who want to get fit.
They are at St James Church Hall in Burnopfield on Thursdays from 1.30am- 2.30pm. They cost £2 per session but the first session is free. Call 01207-280119 for more information.
