TEESDALE'S Women in Rural Enterprise (WiRE) group meets in Barnard Castle next week.
The organisation aims to connect women in business, share skills and expertise, and find support.
The event takes place at The Witham, on Thursday, March 13, from 10.15am to 12.15pm.
Entry is £3, including refreshments.

DANCE NIGHT: There will be a dance with the Kirkcowan Sound, at Hamsterley village hall, on Saturday, March 15, from 8pm to midnight. Guests should bring their own food and drinks. Tea and biscuits will be served.
HERITAGE TALK: There will be a Teesdale Heritage Group talk, in the Masonic Hall, Middleton-in-Teesdale, on Wednesday, March 12, from 7.15pm to 9pm. The event includes a short presentation on the First World War, with artefacts. Entry is £1.50, including refreshments.
COMEDY PERFORMANCE: Highlight Rural Touring Scheme presents Love and Red Tape, at Whorlton village hall, on Saturday, from 7.30pm to 10pm. For tickets, call 01833-627419.
FILM SCREENING: The Selfish Giant (cert 15) will be screened at The Witham, in Barnard Castle, on Thursday, March 13, at 7.30pm. Entry is £5.
