Four arrested over suspected illegal hunt near Pickering, North Yorkshire

The Northern Echo: Four arrests Four arrests

FOUR people were arrested today (Sunday, February 16) and five dogs were seized, when police disturbed a suspected illegal hunt in North Yorkshire.

Officers also seized a car involved in the incident, which happened at 11am at Salton, south-west of Pickering.

The people were arrested on suspicion of hunting with dogs, and local North Yorkshire Police officers said they hoped the arrests would send a clear signal to others.

I'm sorry but what the h--l is going on here, the Toffs hunt every weekend and kill one fox after another, BUT THEY NEVER get challenged or arrested.

Talk about double standards, its a disgrace.

I tell you now, the police today pick on the underdogs, as they know they will need a legal aid solicitor, you arrest a toff and there will be uproar, and three barristers at their side in hours.
