Tesco still planning to come to Kirbymoorside
Tesco has confirmed it is still planning to create a store in Kirkbymoorside. It has been looking to build a store on the former Russell’s Yard, near the A170 at Kirkbymoorside, since 2011. It could b e ready to open as early as next year.
New unit: A new dialysis unit has opened at York Hospital. Containing three haemodialysis stations, it will provide dialysis for in-patients with renal failure. The new unit means patients can have treatment close to their ward while lessening the demand for the existing unit, which is used by out-patients.
