DARLINGTON Orchestra is performing its third Winter Concert in the town this month.
The group, which performed concerts at the Arts Centre before its closure, will play in the Dolphin Centre’s Central Hall on January 25.
Conductor David Plews said the concert will include a variety of musical styles, from Richard Rogers’ Ever Green Selection to the theme from Superman Returns.
He added: “With our guests, The Middleton Festival Choir, led by their musical director Janet Howells, we promise you a very enjoyable and entertaining evening.”
Darlington Orchestra is a community orchestra and welcomes new players of all ages and from all walks of life.
Anyone interested in joining can contact 01325-718414, and tickets for the Winter Concert are available on 01325-388406, from the Dolphin Centre reception or on the door on the evening of the concert which starts at 7.30pm.
They cost £6 for adults and £4 for concessions.
