A GENTLE 16-week exercise class will take place at Trimdon Grange Community Centre from 11.15am to 12.15pm on Monday mornings. Age Concern is running the course to aid balance and prevent falls and there will be a break in the middle. Participants of all ages can join in and must register by Monday, January 13.
