Rainbows, Brownies and Guides in Northallerton came together to play Ultimate Dodgeball to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation.

About 40 girls aged five to 14 played the game, which involves avoiding contact with a soft ball with the thrower trying to hit people to catch them out of the game, at the Zion United Reform Church in Northallerton High Street and raised £40.

Anyone wishing to get involved in the Girl Guiding movement should call 0800-1695901 or visit www.girlguiding.org.uk.
