Man to appear in court today over Darlington death crash
A 25-YEAR-OLD man will appear in court today, in connection with the death of a passenger in a 4x4 that collided with a bus.
The crash happened at the junction of Parkgate and St Cuthbert's Way, in Darlington, at 4.55pm, on Saturday (December 21).
The man is charged with a number of offences, including causing death by dangerous driving and burglary.
He will appear at Peterlee Magistrates Court this morning.
Officers have still to confirm the identity of the man who died.
