GREASE was the word as a North-East theatre group announced the full cast for their latest show recently.
Darlington Operatic Society has announced the actors and actresses who will take centre stage in their production of classic 1970s musical Grease.
The cast is headed by Michael Hirst and Selena Blain, who will play Danny Zuko and Sandy Dumbrowski – the leader of the T-Birds and his Pink Lady love interest.
The pair will be joined by Nicholas Holmes as Kenickie, Katie Carter as Rizzo and Becky Naylor as beauty school drop-out Frenchie.
Grease - featuring songs including You’re the One that I Want and Summer Nights – will run at Darlington’s Civic Theatre from Wednesday April 2 until Saturday April 12 2014.
