A BOY who suffers from cerebral palsy has been given an early Christmas present by a charity.
Six-year-old Jay Talbot, from Burnhope, was presented with the silver and black Theraplay tricyle by Smiles for Life today. (Friday, December 6)
AnnMarie Wright, mother of the Durham Trinity School pupil, said: “He was so excited he was squealing with delight, cuddling people, shaking their hands and giving them the thumbs up.
“It was fab to see him like that and it means he will be able to play with other kids in the street now.”
