Police investigation launched after man found stabbed in Middlesbrough home
A MAN was taken to hospital after being stabbed in the leg in the early hours of the morning.
The 24-year-old was found with stab wounds to his leg at about 3.30am on Saturday, October 12, in Forber Road, Saltersgill, Middlesbrough.
He was taken to James Cook University Hospital, where his condition was described as stable. His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary in connection with the incident.
Police enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact police in Middlesbrough on the non-emergency number 101, or alternatively the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
