Music for all at Middlesbrough Live
Local music acts mingled with X Factor stars, performance artists and comedians today (Saturday, September 28) as part of the 100 act-strong Middlesbrough Live.
The day long celebration of music includes singer songwriter Charlie Brown, who had a top 10 hit this year with 'On My Way'.
Also appearing are former X-Factor talents Misha B and MK1 at the evening concert.
Dozens of Teesside music acts and comedians will perform at smaller venues including town centre bars Mink, Princess Alice, Walkabout, The Lobby, O'Connell's and The Central, while local talents Bre Musiq, Joshua Daniel, Elle Wood, Kerianne and Taylor Mayd will support the ticketed town hall gig.
Another highlight of Middlesbrough Live is the free mima Live event which started at 7pm and finishes at 10pm with performances from The Lake Poets of Sunderland, Teesside punk legends Pellethead and Newcastle's Tissue Culture.
