Two arrested after incident in St Helen Auckland
A MAN has been taken to hospital after allegedly being stabbed this morning. (Thursday, August 29)
Police attended a house in Station Road, St Helen Auckland, near Bishop Auckland, shortly after 7.30am after being alerted by the ambulance service.
A 28-year-old man suspected to have been stabbed in the chest was taken to The James Cook University Hospital, in Middlesbrough, where he is described as being in a critical but stable condition.
A 36-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man have been arrested in connection with the incident.
