A 58-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
The driver was involved in a collision which led to the death of teacher, James Gibson, who was 28, on Grange Road, Hartlepool, on December 19, 2012.
The man will appear at Hartlepool Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 30.
