RETIRED servicemen will have a chance to get together at a veterans’ café being launched by Age UK, in Darlington.
The charity’s base at Bradbury House, in Beaumont Street, will be the location for the cafes, which will give veterans a chance to share and remember their experiences.
An invite-only launch event will be held on Wednesday, April 17, from 10am to noon, with the first regular session on Wednesday, May 1.
