Man and woman arrested in mortgage centre fraud probe

POLICE investigating allegations of a large scale fraud relating to the Washington Mortgage Centre, The Galleries, Washington, have arrested a 49-year-old man on suspicion of fraud and a 41-year-old woman on suspicion of money laundering.
More than 40 people have contacted detectives over the investigation.
