A MAN has appeared in court accused of murdering David Clark, who died after suffering head injuries in Middlesbrough.
Mark Hall, 37, of Cornforth Avenue, spoke only to confirm his name and address when he appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court late this morning.
His case was referred to Teesside Crown Court, where Mr Hall will appear tomorrow morning. He was remanded in custody.
