RAPE DENIED: A man who denies the rape of a woman is subject to a deportation order, a court was told. Adedayo Oginni, 27, of no fixed address, appeared at Teesside Crown Court and was remanded in custody in connection with the alleged offence on November 30 last year. A date for his trial is yet to be fixed.
