Guisborough sex assault man to be sentenced for order breach

A MAN with a conviction for sexual assault will be re-sentenced later this month after he admitted breaching the terms of a community order imposed on him.
Jamie Hope is said to have failed to attend two work appointments in December last year.
Hope, 20, of Bennison Street, Guisborough, had previously been sentenced to a two year community and supervision order after pleading guilty to a sexual assault and common assault on a young mother who refused to sleep with him.
He was granted bail at Teesside Crown Court and will return for sentenced on a date to be fixed.
