Gainford baby death trial due to start in the morning

The jury in the trial of a man accused of killing his baby son has been sworn in. Lee Clark, formerly of Neville Close, Gainford, County Durham, is accused of manslaughter of five-month-old Charlee Cameron Clark on March 1, 2011.

The prosecution is expected to open its case at Newcastle Crown Court in the morning.
