MAGISTRATES have adjourned the case of two men accused of assault at a service station.
Gary Hogg, 40, of Co-operative Terrace, New Brancepeth, Durham, faces a common assault charge. He also faces a charge of using threatening words and behaviour.
Graham Hogg, 44, of Braunspath Estate (CRCT), New Brancepeth, is accused of three common assault offences and one of using threatening words and behaviour.
All of the offences relate to an incident at Bradbury Service Station, Sedgefield, County Durham, dating from July 8 last year.
Magistrates at Newton Aycliffe adjourned the case today (Tuesday, January 9) and the pair return to court on Tuesday, January 23.
