A COUNCIL chairman has opened a new city centre charity office.
Councillor Linda Marshall, chairman of Durham County Council, officially opened a Veterans at Ease office in Redhills, Durham City, today (Monday, January 7).
The charity helps armed forces veterans and serving military personnel and their families cope with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other combat-related issues.
