Man treated for broken jaw

A MAN has his jaw broken when he was attacked at a North-East nightspot.
The 28-year-old man was assaulted at the entrance of the Lambton Worm pub, in Low Row in Sunderland city centre at around 7.45pm last night. (Saturday, January 5) The man was taken to hospital for treatment.
Two men aged 25 and 49 have been arrested on suspicion of assault and are helping police with their enquiries.
