Aerial dance class offers fitness option at Stockton ARC
AERIAL DANCE: People wanting to start a healthier lifestyle after the festive excess are being encouraged to try out something a little different with a one-off contemporary dance class. Upswing is an aerial dance workshop that is coming to Arc in Stockton on Tuesday, January 15 and Wednesday 16 between 5pm and 8pm. HEALTH MEETING: North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is holding an event for members and people who are interested in becoming a member. RUBY CELEBRATIONS: Guisborough Town Football Club is organising a series of events to mark the 40th anniversary of its formation in 1973. The first event is a sportsman’s dinner at the club’s King George V ground on Thursday, February 21. The guest speakers will be former Newcastle United defender John Beresford and comedian Lea Roberts.
