A SERIAL sex attacker is being hunted by police following a spate of incidents involving a youth on a bike.

The first attack happened on Monday, October 8 at 11.30am in Grangetown near the junction of Slater Road and Birchington Avenue.

A 19 year old woman was approached by a 15-18 year old youth on a black mountain bike and he groped her as he rode past.

He is described as white with a spotty complexion and yellowish crooked teeth. He was of thin build and wearing a black Puffa jacket with a blue hoodie under it, black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.

The second incident happened on Eston High Street on Monday, December 17 at around 4.30pm when a 17 year old woman was approached by a male in his late teens, again on a pedal bike.

He was white, of skinny build, wearing a black waterproof jacket with a dark green hooded jacket underneath.

And on Saturday, December 29 an 18 year old woman reported being groped by a teenage male on a bike in Snowden Street, Eston, having walked through a cut from Nightingale Road at around 4.30pm to 5pm.

He is described as of skinny build and wearing a black hooded top and black tracksuit bottoms.

Detectives believe the three incidents could be linked and they are asking anyone with information to contact CID at Redcar and Cleveland Police Headquarters on the 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
