Exam success for martial arts students

MARTIAL arts students from Teesdale were put through their paces at a Taekwondo black belt exam.
Master Bryan Whiley 6th Dan, and Master Gary Sykes 6th Dan, were the examiners at Teesdale Leisure Centre, in Barnard Castle.
Successful Teesdale students, from the local Baek Ho Taekwondo club were 11-year-old twin sisters Harriet and Victoria Ware, from Cotherstone, who began training in Taekwondo when they were just five.
Other successful Teesdale students were 16-year-old Natasha Holland, who achieved her 1st Dan black belt and 12-year-old Robbie Lowes, who was promoted to 2nd Poom. Both are from Barnard Castle and train at Teesdale Leisure Centre.
