A NEW scheme has been launched for business leaders who are able to make time for a lunch break.
The Evolution Business Centre, in Northallerton, is holding a series of ‘lunch and learn’ workshops next year.
They will begin on January 31 with a talk on planning growth and over the next four months will look at marketing on a shoestring, social media and finance.
Centre manager Marie Banks said: “From speaking to business leaders it is clear they want to get together and learn from others’ experiences, but they are short of time to do it.
“But everyone stops for a lunch break so we are going to combine that with some bite-sized business briefings on a twice-monthly basis.
“They can invest some time on their business at the same time as themselves.”
The sessions will take place on January 31, February 14 and 28, March 14 and 28 and April 11 and 25. Each workshop costs £5 and includes lunch.
