Name: Hannah Waistell

Age: 16 From: Barnard Castle

Looking for: A part-time job to begin with

Hannah went to Staindrop Comprehensive School and is studying on a L2 Public Services course at Darlington College.

She plans to go on to study on a L3 course and hopes to study law at university Her dream is to become a police officer with Durham Constabulary - ideally working with the Dog Unit "I would love to get a part time job but there isn't a lot of work around, especially in the run-up to Christmas as everyone is looking for work.

"I'm a really good worker, cheery and reliable and once someone shows me how to do something, I pick it up really quickly. I really want to be a police officer and I have spent some time with the drug dogs which was fascinating. I'm really enjoying my time at Darlington College and the course is helping me get ready for my career."
