I'd like to leave a tribute to my great grandfather John Frederick Victor Atkinson. He flew for the Royal Flying Corps in the WW1 and died many years later from shrapnel lodged close to his heart.

Also my great great uncle George Ross who died in a London hospital after taking shrapnel on the battlefields of France.
