CONCERN is growing for a 65-year-old man who went missing after receiving treatment from hospital.

Graham Roskell, 65, from Kirk Hammerton, was receiving treatment at Harrogate District Hospital and was last seen by staff at around 7.30am on Saturday, November 3.

He was reported missing at 9am and police have been searching for him ever since.

Although Mr Roskell is physically fit he may be confused due to illness and officers are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety.

He is described as white, with a stocky build and short grey hair. When he was last seen Mr Roskell was wearing a green patterned jumper, green trousers, black shoes and blue three-quarter length dressing gown.

Inspector Bob Moore, of Harrogate police, said: “Mr Roskell has not been seen for some time now and I am appealing for anyone who can help us locate him to get in touch as soon as possible.

“Mr Roskell’s family are understandably very concerned, as are the police, and any information that people can give could greatly assist the effort to find him.”

Anyone with information that can help officers with the search for Mr Roskell is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option 2 – and ask for Harrogate police.
