Bell Vue came at Rangers from the start and could have scored at lot more goals but for Rangers good offside play and strong defending although with only 8 men on the pitch it was always going to be a difficult half and rangers did well with Allenby making some good saves and Bradford defending
well at the back but rangers could not cope with the high winds and where stuggling to get the ball out of there half. Team:- Allenby, Swainston, Harris, Tidy, Bradford, Hepple, Gill, Hamilton, Gill. MoM for Rangers Dean Smith. |

Unfinished business after last weeks disappointment of the abandoned game stirred Rangers into some terrific pieces of finishing that simply blew Brompton away before the game had hardly got started. | Match Reports w/e 17/11/07 | | 1:27pm Sat 24 Nov 07 | | Middleton Rangers U11's 20 V Cargo Fleet 0
Table toppers Middleton turned on the style today with a perfect performance. Blistering in attack, competitive across the midfield , and their defence stood like the rock of Gibraltar. However , credit must go to Cargo Fleet who from the very start, to the end, kept going and fighting, never once letting their heads drop. In terrible ice cold weather conditions Middleton took the game to Cargo hitting nine goals in an impressive first half. Some of Midldetons passing sequences were awesome, and the speed of their forward movement was a delight to see. The scorers were - Will Hughes , Mitchell Armin, Lucca Dunn , Joe Abbott , Jake Richardson 3, Aaron Chapman 2. |

Middleton seized their chance to take over at the top of the table with this 6-1 victory at Hardwick. Middleton played the first half up the sloping pitch and against the wind. As the first half progressed Midldleton slowly started to take charge of the game. Some solid defending by the leagues tightest defence, coupled with Middleton's usual fast breaks pushed Hardwick further up the field. Eventually Rangers took the lead 1-0 when a cross into the box was firmly struck into the net by Joe Abbott . A momentary lapse in concentration by Middleton followed, that allowed Hardwick to pull level for a half time score of 1-1. |
