The TADEA Lions will face a very tough test when the Derbyshire Arrows arrive at Eston Sports Academy tomorrow afteroon for the second of the four 'Pre Season is FREE Season' games.

The Arrows are one league higher than Lions and bring with them a tall team with six of their squad at least 6'4. The squad also boast a number of international players including Sebastian Chitagu of Zimbabwe and Thomas Alvarez of Argentina.

The team is closely linked with Sheffield Halam University and Coach Pete Kelly will use this game as an opprtunity to test the water with a number of trialists who will be looking to impress the coach ahead of team selections for National League Division One, Three and University squads in the Derby organisation.

TADEA Lions will have to be at their best to put on a good show and will be looking for a good performance from 7'1 Centre Dean Hanson who will face the majority of pressure in containing the Arrows height.

One positive boost for Middlesbrough is the news that American Ralph Bucci should be available to play his second game for the TADEA Lions. Bucci starred last week against Carlisle Panthers, hitting 20pts in the second half. Lions trio Damian Warriner, Ryon Dixon and John Ford also produced good games, however the entire team will need to perform aginst the Arrows.

The only concern for TADEA Middlesbrough Lions is Lithuanian Mindaugas who may not make the team due to a knee injury picked up in training last week. The gaurd will face a late fitness test. Big man; Anthony Humes will definitley miss the game due to his recovery programme from a broken foot. The forward is hoping to feature next week against Menwith Hill.

The game tips off at 4pm at Eston Sports Academy on Normanby rd, Eston Middlesbrough TS6 9AE. Spectators are asked to be seated for 3.30pm.
