Things just keep getting better for TADEA Middlesbrough Lions with the announcement that their post game hospitality will be provided by plush restaurant/bar; Tavistock Italia.

Tavistock is part of the Best Western group and is renowned for its elegant setting and fine food. Both inside and out, the venue is steeped with history and character and the fact the Lions have attracted such a high profile sponsor is an indication of the direction the club are heading, just days after announcing a major sponsor in TADEA.

The Tavistock is situated on the former Highfield Hotel, Marton Rd in Middlesbrough and will provide post game refreshments for the players as well as encouraging spectators to meet the players after every home game.

Club Chairman. James Thomson said “The restaurant is a personal favourite of mine, so I am very happy that they have come onboard. I am confident that we will be the toast of the league in terms of post game hospitality.”

As part of the deal, the club will also enjoy three team meals per season and host their monthly club meetings at the plush venue.

“As a local business we are very pleased and proud to be sponsoring such a community based team and look forward to welcoming the players & spectators after the games.” said Sarah Hazeldine, Manager Tavistock Italia Restaurant & Bar
