Middlesbrough Lions Basketball Club have put together a large scale promotion for the final two home league games of the season. 15,000 leaflets have been arranged for distribution to promote a
Fans, both young and old are being encouraged to buy a plain white Tee shirt (available at low cost from Tesco, Asda, Primark) and design, draw and colour your own Lions Tee. You can use felt tips,
crayons, glitter, whatever you like.

The design must include Lions and the clubs sponsors; Ravenwood Roofing and TVL (Tees Valley Leisure).
The main aim is to raise the profile of basketball and the Lions team as well as draw a big crowd to the two upcoming home games.
Lions entertain Stockport Falcons this Sunday and then Liverpool the following Sunday. Both games take place at the 1,200 capacity Eston Sports Academy and with music, sound effects and so much
more, a great afternoon of family fun and entertainment is promised.
For those who have never been to a basketball game, this presents the perfect opportunity. Basketball is a fast paced, exciting sport with strong and skilful athletes producing edge of the seat
entertainment. The game appeals to both men and women as well as children as a spectator sport and the Lions put on one of the best shows in the league.

All winners will receive a Lions Tee and a signed basketball. There will also be other prizes for children.
Every person wearing their Tee to the games on Sunday 14th and 21st February will gain entry for just £2 and the club is hoping to see a flood of specially designed white Tees. The Tees will be
judged over both games with the winners being selected on the 21st.
