Durham's leading points scorer, Paul Elderkin, has been selected to represent English Universities at the forthcoming British University Games in Edinburgh.
After a forced rearrangement, to a Wednesday, of their last home game of the season Durham Wildcats played league leaders, Leeds Carnegie, in front of a pleasantly surprisingly, big crowd at the Newton Aycliffe Leisure Centre.
