Soap Watch Written by Steve Pratt| Bumpy ride | | 11:02am Thursday 8th May 2008 | | IF you're going to faint then it's
always handy to do it front of
a doctor. When Roxy Mitchell
falls lifeless to the floor, Dr
Felix is on hand to administer
first aid. Any excuse to loosen
her clothing in EastEnders (BBC1). |
| Doc shock | | 5:36pm Thursday 24th April 2008 | | THE NHS is in crisis. Staff
are overworked. There is
a severe shortage of
doctors. How do I know? |
| Tainted love | | 9:54am Thursday 17th April 2008 | | WHAT'S that
creaking noise? Oh,
it's the sound of a
closet in the Beale
household opening. |
| High stakes | | 10:59am Thursday 10th April 2008 | | TEENAGER Jasmine
joins the Miles high club
in Emmerdale (ITV1). |
| He’s snapped | | 5:08pm Thursday 3rd April 2008 | | GET out the Asbos and
slap a few on Demonic
David in Coronation
Street (ITV1). |
| They're back | | 10:52am Thursday 27th March 2008 | | SALES of earplugs are
soaring in Walford now
that news of an
impending return is all
round the Square. The
soft, dulcet tones - not -
of Bianca will be ringing out with a
glass-shattering shriek of
"Rickaaaayyy!". |
| Barking glad | | 12:41pm Thursday 20th March 2008 | | NO one in Soapland
likes to see a dumb
animal in distress. But
enough about
Walford's Sean Slater
because we're worried
about Schmeichel. |
| Right Charlie | | 12:39pm Thursday 13th March 2008 | | ANDY'S out in Emmerdale
(ITV1) - not in regard to
his sexual preferences but
he's being released from
prison after his appeal is
successful. To be honest, I've never
known what his appeal is, but Jo
clearly does as she married him in
prison. The honeymoon wasn't up to
much as the prison bridal suite was
far from palatial and they kept falling
out of the top bunk
There's a shock in store for Handy
Andy back at the farm, where Jo has
single-handedly been milking cows,
caring for stepdaughter Sarah and
keeping Andy's former cellmate
Charlie at arm's length. Now her
chickens have come home to roost. |
| Unsuited | | 5:13pm Thursday 6th March 2008 | | CHILDREN, who'd have
them? Nothing but
trouble, if you ask me. |
| Maybe baby | | 10:33am Thursday 28th February 2008 | | IT'S not long before Mother's
Day but some women take to
motherhood better than
others. Tina is quite right to
feel apprehensive about being
pregnant in Coronation Street
(ITV1). |
