Sarah Millican adds third date to Middlesbrough Town Hall run
NORTH-EAST comedian Sarah Millican has added a third date to her run at Middlesbrough Town Hall.
Millican, who has her own own TV show and is a regular panel show guest, has already sold out two shows at the venue on October 12 and 13.
She has now added an extra gig, on Friday, October 11 due to demand.
Her previous show Thoroughly Modern Millican smashed box office records, and led to an unprecedented four sell-out nights at the Town Hall.
On this, her third national tour, she addresses what to take on a dirty weekend, the easiest way to blend in at posh restaurants, how to teach a pensioner to swear and plenty more besides.
Peter Vincent of promoters Ten Feet Tall said: “Sarah is easily one of our all-time favourite comics, and we absolutely love her to bits.
“The phones in our office are always jumping off the desk when news of a Sarah gig gets around, and this will be no different. The Box Office is going to be busy on Friday, so going online might well be a good way to get in first for this one.”
Tickets for Millican's brand new show 'Home Bird' go on sale at 10am on Friday morning. (February 15) Tickets are priced £25 and can be obtained from the Box Office on 01642-729 729 or online at www.middlesbroughtownhallonline.co.uk
