AS RISE estate agents prepares to open the doors of a new office in Crook town centre, the company has announced the appointment of Sara Bennett, pictured, as Crook director.

Sara, a qualified mortgage advisor, brings a wealth of experience to the role. Having begun her estate agency career in 2003, she quickly progressed to management level and most recently was the director of an estate agency in Crook.
