ANOTHER softback reissue, with minor revisions to the original of 2003.

The promise of its full title isn’t fulfilled, but its authoritative, yet very readable, account of Fountains itself, by a senior English Heritage figure, makes you wonder why it was thought necessary to suggest a wider scope.
