What was your first car?

My first car was a Citroen AX in a sort of maroon/purple. It was an absolutely terrible car, but never broke down on me. I bought it off the team Physio for £400 then managed too sell it three years later for £425. Despite it’s reliability it cost a bomb to get through every MOT.

How many times did it take to pass your test?

I passed on my second attempt, failing the first time for "excessive speed". My driving instructor described me as “being a bit keen”. It was a bit annoying as I only got a couple of minors, but I was going a bit fast through some tight gaps! My first test was done in a Ford Fiesta, then second test was in a brand new Toyota Yaris. I managed to grind the gear box a bit which didn't make the instructor very happy.

Who would be your ideal fantasy passenger and where would you go?

Hmm, tough one, but I would have to go with Carol Vorderman because I think she likes cars quite a lot and would know what she is talking about. I would have to go to the Scottish Highlands because apparently they have amazing driving roads. I wouldn't want to go in the winter, but mid-summer would be amazing I am sure.

What is your dream car?

It would have to be a Ferrari 458. It is just so nice to look at and I am sure even better to drive. I have seen one in purple which looked pretty cool.

How would you describe your driving style?

Safe but swift! I am pretty safe I think, but I can progress when there is space.

Tell me one driving anecdote from your past?

We once had a team track day which was really cool, but as you can imagine we all wanted to go faster than each other which ended with me doing a 360 degree spin in a Ferrari which really annoyed one of the instructors. It was pretty fun doing it, however.

What is playing on your in car iPod or CD player at the moment?

I am listening to a bit of Bon Jovi at them moment, but I'm also mixing it up with some 50 Cent which I am a little ashamed to admit!

What do you drive now?

I drive a Honda Civic as the lovely people at Honda support me.
