WELL done to CT Riley (HAS, June 19) you hit the nail on the head regarding troubled families.
The ruling classes seem to think whatever their off-spring do, no matter the consequences to others, it is just high spirits and not to be punished.
The same behaviour from the rest of society is classed as thuggery at best and criminal at worst that deserves the harshest punishment – particularly if the behaviour affects them or their property S Pope, Durham.
