AS countries grow more and more hard-up it makes me wonder where all the money is?
Our bankers have had a nice bonus, but they can’t have the trillions that make up the world’s wealth.
Being a mere pensioner with a current account to pay my bills how can the world be bankrupt, if that is the correct term to use.
Who, or what, brought this about?
Can anyone enlighten me on this without making it complicated? How much do we owe and who to?
There must be somebody holding the purse strings.
Irene Littlejohns, Tow Law.
