THE Labour-led council not only fought to keep Thorn Lighting, Black and Decker and Electrolux from relocating but was involved in the Durham Gate development at Green Lane that will create more than 2,000 jobs.
Rather than give credit where credit is due J Gasston chooses instead to make up “facts”, which insults not only the efforts of unelected council officials, but also elected councillors and the intelligence of people in the area.
