AS a retired PSV/PCV public service driver, I spent 35 years in the service of United Autos/Arriva and the Go-Ahead Group.
The Go-Ahead Group are “light years” ahead of Arriva in managing a public service transport company.
Perhaps Go-Ahead could second several of its managers to educate Arriva as to how to run a public transportation company.
