WHILE the whole country appreciates the dignified and respectful way in which RAF Lyneham and Wootton Bassett respond to our soldiers who are killed in Afghanistan, would it not be possible for repatriation to take place at RAF bases nearer to soldiers’ homes, thereby easing the burden of relatives travelling to Wiltshire?
