FOLLOWING a decade of continuous campaigning, British current and former subpostmasters from Tyne and Wear have achieved the opportunity to seek justice as the High Court has approved a Group Litigation Order against Post Office Ltd.

The claim has been brought to force Post Office Ltd to accept responsibility for the flaws in its Horizon system.

The case will seek to prove how Post Office Ltd failed to properly investigate accounting shortfalls and how postmasters have lost their liberty, livelihood or savings because Post Office Ltd wrongly accused many of them of theft or fraud.

We are urging anyone who has been, or is still in, post and has been affected by Post Office Ltd and its Horizon system not to lose out on this opportunity to join this legal action, as they only have until the July 26 to sign up.
