Cats are brilliant at vermin control
WE witnessed the outcry when a over-paid under-educated dentist murdered a majestic king of the jungle; now we have someone telling us to lock cats up after 7pm or shoot them (HAS, Aug 29).
Cats are a domesticated relative of the lion, and they are brilliant at vermin control - an act they usually carry out after 7pm.
It sounds to me that it is your correspondent who should be locked up or shot for suggesting such a barbaric act. There are also many smelly unwashed, unhygienic members of our society who should they be locked up or shot also.
